Welcome to OwnFit. The app is where you follow the training your coach builds for you, log your workouts, watch your progress add up, and stay in touch with your coaching team. Everything lives in one place, designed to be quick to use between sets.
Getting started
A few quick steps and you’re ready to train.
- Install the app on your phone from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
- Accept your coach’s invitation to join their team. Your coach sends you an invite, and once you accept it you’re connected.
- Sign in with your account, and your plan and workouts appear automatically.
If you ever get a team invitation later on, you can accept or decline it from your profile.
Finding your way around
The app has five tabs along the bottom of the screen:
- Training — your home base, with today’s workouts and your plan.
- Events — sessions, classes, and appointments.
- Progress — your history, trends, physique log, and personal records.
- Chat — messages with your coaching team.
- Profile — your account, preferences, and privacy.

Good to know
The app is available in English and Italian, and comes with a comfortable dark theme that’s easy on the eyes.
