Account and organization
Manage your profile, security, and subscription, plus shared organization settings.
Settings live in two places: your personal Account, which only affects you, and your Organization, which is shared by everyone on your team.
Account
Your account settings are all about you:
- Profile and avatar — your name and picture.
- Security — your password, passkeys, and active sessions, so you can see where you’re signed in.
- Notification preferences — choose what you’re alerted about. See notifications.
- Privacy and data export — manage your privacy and download a copy of your data.
- AI personality — set the tone of the optional AI helpers across the app, so their suggestions sound right to you.
- Plan and Usage — your subscription, invoices, and how much AI help you’ve used.
Organization
Organization settings are shared across your whole team. Some controls here are limited to admins and owners, since they affect everyone.
- Organization name — how your organization appears.
- Members and roles — who’s on your team and what they can do.
- Equipment library — the shared equipment tags used when building exercises.
- Pending invitations — track invites that haven’t been accepted yet.
- Deleting the organization — a final, owner-level action for closing things down.
If you can’t see or change a particular organization setting, you may not have an admin or owner role — check with whoever manages your organization.
