The exercise library is the building block for every training plan you create. It’s shared across your whole organization, so the exercises you add are available to everyone on your team.

Your exercise library
The library brings together two kinds of exercises:
- Built-in stock exercises that come ready to use.
- Custom exercises you create yourself.
Browse and filter the library to quickly find what you need, then reuse any exercise when building a plan.
Creating a custom exercise
Add your own movements with the detail your athletes need:
- Technique notes describing how to perform the exercise well.
- Equipment tags so it’s clear what’s needed and easy to filter by.
Once created, a custom exercise lives in the shared library and can be reused in any plan.
AI help for form cues
When you’re writing technique notes, an optional helper can draft form cues for you to start from. It’s a way to save time on the first pass — review and edit anything it suggests so it matches your coaching voice.
Equipment tags
Equipment tags keep your library tidy and searchable. The list of available tags is managed in organization settings, so everyone on your team tags exercises consistently. See account and organization.
