See your workout history, strength trends, physique changes, and personal records.

The Progress tab is where all your hard work shows up. It has four parts that together give you a full picture of how you’re improving over time.

Workout feedback in the mobile app

Workout feedbacks

A day-by-day history of the workouts you’ve completed, along with the ratings and feedback you gave. It’s an easy way to look back and see your training story.

Exercise progression

Track how each exercise is trending. For any movement you can see your weight and rep trends over 30, 60, 90, or 180 days, with a clear label showing whether you’re improving, stable, or declining. It’s a quick way to spot where you’re getting stronger and where you might be stuck.

Physique progress

Log how your body is changing over time. You can record:

  • Weight, body-fat %, and muscle mass.
  • Measurements like chest, waist, hips, bicep, and thigh.
  • Progress photos.

Each new entry can be compared to your last one, so you can see exactly what’s changed. If you’ve turned on health sync, some of these can be pre-filled for you.

Your best lifts, all in one place. As you hit new bests, your personal records update so you can celebrate the milestones.
